As a REALTOR® and the father of a son with special needs, Tony saw a gap in the industry. Families navigating medical, educational, mobility, and financial considerations often need more than a standard real estate transaction. They need guidance, empathy, and specialized knowledge.
That realization led him to create the Special Needs Specialist (SNS) course.
